Where is La Novia del Atlántico located? the Bride of the Atlantic. It is located in the North Region. It limits to the north with the Atlantic Ocean, to the south with the provinces of Santiago and Valverde, to the east with the province of Espaillat and to the west with Montecristi. there are beautiful destinations in our city La Fortaleza de San Felipe  Today, the San Felipe Fortress serves as a museum displaying the important role it has played in the history of Puerto Plata and the Dominican Republic.
